The Shredder who is known as Oraki Saki is an Utrom from another planet. There are these four turtles that walk the cities sewers. I've captured them once before. I tried to dissect the one called Raphael. Some how these creatures always escape Baxter Stockman's inventions. It always seems like his creations never seem to work. The turtles do not seem to bother me much. I've compromised with them a few times.
